Fishing on the Stormy Petrel II

Our last couple of trips were Gulf Stream charters and we found good fishing. Bottom fishing has been as good as you want and there have still been some good days for mahi fishing. There have also been some catches of wahoo when the conditions have been favorable.

Fishing on the Stormy Petrel II

We’ve been mostly fishing half day charters near shore over the last few days on the Stormy Petrel II. Yesterday we found good Spanish Mackerel fishing up near the lighthouse, but prior to that we were focused on Bluefish out on the shoals or around the inlet. We had one offshore trip last week and trolling was slow that day, so we worked on bottom fishing. Wahoo are around and they should bite better in the weeks to come.
